Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled therapy session.
  • Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the therapy session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.


Changes and Modifications

  • If you wish to modify or change your reserved therapy session, please contact our spa reservations department at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Modifications within 72 hours of the therapy session are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.


No-Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to attend the reserved therapy session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

 

Refund Processing

  1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method used during the reservation.
  2. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Exclusions

  • We regret that no refund will be issued for completed therapy sessions or services already rendered.
  • Any transaction fees or costs required for completing bank fund transactions will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies, Helsinki Oriental Spa reserves the right to amend or adjust the cancellation and refund policies accordingly.
