About the therapist - Richard Nyari

Richard Nyari has over a decade of experience in the healing arts of acupuncture and Chinese herbology. He holds a dual Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Herbology from the acclaimed Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (recently renamed Pacific College of Health and Science), is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Texas and New York, and is certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).

In addition to acupuncture, Richard utilizes cupping, herbs, and massage therapy in his practice. Patients are often surprised to find that Oriental Medicine treatments are often more effective, less expensive, and most importantly, safer than Western medical treatment practices.

Richard has experience treating a wide range of conditions successfully using these modalities, including allergies, asthma, the common cold, gynecological issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, headaches, digestive disorders, skin disorders, back pain, musculoskeletal injuries, and others.

Throughout his work experience, he has developed a special passion for healing and alleviating pain, be it from physical injuries or emotional trauma.

Furthermore, Richard is educated in providing nutritional advice from a Chinese medicine perspective, allowing him to offer comprehensive care that includes dietary recommendations tailored to each patient's unique needs and conditions.
