Guarantee Policy

To secure your reservation, full payment is required via our live booking options on a "first paid, first booked" basis. Delayed payment may result in a loss of the booking. A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking, and it must be presented upon check-in along with positive identification. Any fees for services rendered will be payable upon departure, and any necessary charges will be debited to the credit card.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made up to 72 hours before the treatment will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the treatment will not receive a refund. Any rate booked at Helsinki Oriental Spa is subject to a Cancellation Policy. In the event of an unexpected accommodation issue, we will relocate guests to an alternative property within our Helsinki Oriental Spa group, of equal or better grading, at no expense to the guest.

 At Helsinki Oriental Spa, we are committed to your privacy, and we protect your personal information. For online bookings, you agree to provide proof of payment to the spa reservations department immediately upon booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. We kindly request adherence to our spa etiquette for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
